I still think Cuomo should be #1. This douchebag is considering raising our taxes to support NYC, all while the hypocrite said this:

Whitmer is pretty bad but Cuomo's murder count trumps her equally stupid self. Too bad there isn't an instrument that measures a persons conscience, I'd bet cold cash that neither one of them would move the needle.
