"Troopers stopped a 2021 Nissan Titan pick-up truck on Grand Avenue in the city of Middletown for a vehicle and traffic law violation. While speaking to the operator of the vehicle, troopers observed the operator reaching under the seat of the vehicle attempting to conceal a handgun."
