The Secretary of State in Georgia, Brad Raffensperger, announced in 2023 that he would not fix the vulnerabilities before the 2024 election.
Dr. Halderman revealed that the Dominion machines were so vulnerable that he was able to hack into one of the machines in the courtroom with a pen!

We've know for a long ass time and it should be obvious, if you give someone direct physical access to a computerized system it's possible to compromise them. Why do you think data centers have a lot of physical security.

This "bombshell" is a nothing burger. Just because it's possible to do something doesn't mean they did it. And given that it takes 90+ minutes of physical access... I know I could kick down the door to your home. That doesn't mean I kicked your door down though.
