Suspect in custody after 2 teens shot at Heritage High School in Virginia

Two 17-year-old students were shot Monday morning in an incident reported at Heritage High School in Virginia, Newport News police Chief Steve Drew said. At least two other students were also taken to hospitals after they appeared to be injured while evacuating.

I figured we would see an uptick in these correlating with bad news about the administration. Or maybe the dems are gearing up for more gun confiscation laws. Who knows.

Either way shit like this happening is more rare than a car accident, yet always seems to make the news. It sucks -- I get it. No one wants to see it happen, but proportionally this is going to just more sensationalism.

I've even seen headlines declaring it a "mass casualty event" even though no one died?

Is no one going to demand honesty in reporting?
