Its not censorship to force a company you paid to fulfill a contract. But to not fulfill the contract for a specific political party would then be censorship and theft.

It’s illegal . They have to chose if they are publisher or provider. One can not sue the telephone company for some else’s call because they are a provider. Once they decide to censor, they are a publisher and can be sued for content.

I meant that is a general sense. The democRATS will pass unconstitutional laws, they know are unconstitutional, then sit back and let the courts figure it out. Not specifically related to this discussion, sorry for the confusion
