NYS tried it before Texas. It was so bad in nys the appeals court said not so fast.

Links were posted on this forum of reports showing Faso (former NY congressman, Assembly Minority Leader, Gubernatorial candidate) was heavily involved with getting the democrat bullshit gerrymandering killed in NY a couple times and I see he's been in VA the last few weeks.

Gunpoliticsny may know more if it's a New York connection with this decision.

Upon a deeper investigation of the whole thing, this should be tossed by EVERY court. The referrendum did not meet the constitutional provisions of Virginia. It was put on the ballot illegally.
