Walther P22 guide rod spring

If anyone has a Walther P22 and have problems with installing the guide rod and spring, there is a captured guide rod and spring available. I purchased one from Midway USA for $18.99 and it sure does make the installation and reassembly easy. It is called a TandemKross Sentinal captured spring guide rod assembly.

I recently purchased a P22 CA model and even though it is brand new, it did not have the captured recoil spring. Thanks for the info. I bought the captured spring from Tandemkross, and what a difference it makes when reassembling the pistol.
