Right, because they just call it a death. And let's not forget the Plaintiffs, of course, do not need to. You need to prove they need to be banned, which of course you can't.

All of the other stats are irrelevant, as there has been no reason to limit them, so they were the only things that existed prior to any bans. No different whatsoever from stating "there is a new large capacity gas tank ban of 2 gallons. Over 80% of auto fatalities occurred with vehicles with gas tanks over 2 gallons." No correlation whatsoever in the stats.

Ask them to point to even one life saved by any of the bans.

If they are that deadly then, of course, ALL "high cap mags" need to be outlawed.
And that includes police, military, and the politician's private security.

Otherwise, it's just an attempt to disarm Americans and fuck them, the horse they rode in on, and the rail they'll be riding out.
