I have a strongly worded no trespassing sign.

I have that and the "Notice" Lawful Concealed Carry sign on all the main doors. If they don't understand what the "No Trespassing" sign meant, hopefully the green pictograph of a handgun in a circle gets their attention. If that still doesn't, then there's no hope after that.
I do notice that when customers are on my property, they seem to act nicer.

Locks on my doors and cameras on both my doors. If that fails I have two sig’s in my bedroom. People can have anything on my first floor as long as no family member is down there but if they walk up stairs I’ll ask them nicely to leave.

To be honest, which ever gun I carry today is the one that is next to my bed.

I have a fully semiautomatic slingshot with a shoulder thing that goes up and a high capacity clipazine. It also has a rape whistle/ strobe light/teargas attachment on the barrel shroud. I'm waiting for Brownell's to ship my latest order, and as soon as it arrives, I'll attach the new laser sighting device and the bipod. Can't wait.
