Where to buy first aid supplies?

I know most will say amazon but I don’t always trust the quality of what they sell. Are there medical supply stores in the Rochester area?
I’m just looking to stock up on the basics. Wound wash, gauze pads, different types of bandages, tape, etc…

Most of that stuff is nearly a commodity now.

I figure Walmart or anywhere is just as good.

years and years ago i built my first responder kit from the local town drug store ..

ask the pharm there your questions too .. they used to help ..

i had large wound dressings like 12 x 12 .. and stuff for diabetics like below

I've stocked up on basic bandages, gauze, ace bandage, etc from the dollar store.
For larger bandages I've brought them from cvs, walgreen, walmart.

Just sea4ch online for IFAK supplies and start comparing prices, brands and reviews. Buy American made supplies, especially if looking at clotting enhancers, chest seals, etc. Tourniquets are just fine being made anywhere, but there are some made far better than others as far as ease of use, quality/strength of windlass, etc.
