But I thought she didn't do anything wrong? So the question is why does she need a pardon?
Actually, I think it would be good if Obama were to pardon her. While I would love to see Hillary behind bars, for Trump to have a truly successful presidency, he does need to bring the country back together. Stick to the policies that will benefit the country as whole. They will be seen as divisive enough; don't need to focus on a personal hunt, too. It will be seen as petty by a large portion (majority?) of the population. If she is pardoned, then he saves face on not following though on his promise.

Yes and it also helps everybody see unequivocally that she broke the law, especially the fools who think she didn't. It brings out the corruption into the forefront.
The biggest loss she could ever have taken in her life was 36 hours ago. At this point she is worn out, tattered, and will never bother us again.

I think he needs walk a fine line here. First what ever he does it can't look like he's going after her for political retribution. For this fact alone he can't open a special investigation. Now if through normal processes something comes out he needs to pin her to the wall so he doesn't look soft. I fully expect once he takes office some people in the FBI are going to bring out new evidence that can't be over looked.

I say let the pardon happen and stand. Trump doesn't need to have that issue taint his presidency. What he should do, is go after Comey and Lynch, clean out corruption in the justice, state departments and the fbi. Should the fbi investigation into the Clinton Foundation turn something up, he should prosecute that.
This is yet another thing problem with the way things are done in the US, especially with the media. They make things up as they go along. There is no proof either way that Obummer is going to grant a pardon. None.

If he grants the pardon, it is not a scandal, it happens with each and every President. I'll be a bit bummed if he does, but life will go on. I am almost to the point of just not caring any longer. Sorry, but I feel pardoning her will be just as divisive, or even more so. Pardoning her clearly states "Hillary broke the Law but will be allowed to get away with it". The ONLY way to make it fair is if they also pardoned anyone else who broke similar laws (the guy that took a photo in a nuclear sub, etc.).

If she broke the law,,,,which everything points that she did,,,,,,,FUCK HER,,,,arrest her ass, her husband's and her daughters. Why should her family get to break the law and not pay for it. If I broke the law, I would pay, guaranteed. I don't give a crap what kind of feathers it ruffles, media, the peoples or otherwise,,,,throw their big pocket asses in prison if they broke the law.

i think a pardon would do trump some good, it would take the heat off him and they can put some advisors and auditers in place at the clinton foundation to make sure that all the money goes where it should and then when they screw up again then hang them

Pardoning her definitely admits guilt, but I see the point that doing it or not doing it divides people. We definitely need to pick up the pieces and work together to make America great again, but at the same time, part of making it great is shoveling all of the shit out of the shit house. Gotta have a clean shitter and start over.

Richard Nixon would have beat JFK if there had not been for voter fraud. His advisors begged him to demand a recount and investigation, the proof was glaringly evident. Nixon felt it would be too divisive, for the good of the country he would let it pass. I hold grudges. Some of you are better than me as far as that goes. It's one thing to make a mistake but these are not mistakes. They are knowingly purposeful crimes against the American people. They have given America the big FU for too long. I see no need to let bygone's be bygone's just because she lost and Trump won. Personal responsibility folks. People will find other ways to rip Trump even if he doesn't pursue this. He campaigned on investigating and indicting if necessary and to change his tone in this situation IMHO reminds me more of the very establishment type rhetoric that he ran against when campaigning, which ultimately helped him win in the first place.

If Hillary is pardoned I'd be okay as long as the Clinton Foundation is reined in. Losing control of the Clinton Foundation and the wealth and power it gives them would be a huge blow for the Clintons.

Issue a Pardon for all crimes that may or may not have been committed prior to the date of the Pardon. Very possible to be done as well as legal.
She was not convicted yet...cant pardon her.

Im already tired of folks feeling sorry for her...ask the families of the Bengazi victims if she should be pardoned .
