Not sure your budget, but be prepared to spend minimum $1000. That would be on a basic steel Henry. Newer made Marlin 336 and Winchester 1894 models go for a pretty penny and are hard to find. You can scour Gunbroker for some used ones, but even then they get pricey. Perhaps if you find a Remington made Marlin 336 you may get it at a decent price.
I just bought a (new) Browning BLR lever action in 270 for this hunting season. That ran me around $1200 after tax and fees.

even has i think 2 boxes of ammo and a leather strap..... let me get some pictures. its condition is excellent and i think its been a safe queen since purchased. not sure how many round though it.
