I have a new / unfired (except for the factory) SCR upper with the fitted bolt (no carrier) and charging handle. Upper came on my SCR, sold the lower before I ever fired the gun - just prefer my Mini 14. Upper has had a sling swivel added by the gunsmith I purchased the rifle from. Asking $350 shipped. Working on pics, I will be more than happy to provide them via email in the mean time, just message me here. I have plenty of positive feedback on several other sites, so deal with confidence.
