I bet that the Federal court upholds NY's tyrannical act with out of state manufacturers.

This will be a good thing. The manufactures are null and void of these acts as are the peoples of NY.
Maybe they should just ignore such unjust acts and start shipping goods without discrimination.

I don't either but was able to read without.
It is about NY being able to sue out of state manufacturers or not, heading to SCOTUS.
