It seems to be a thing right now. Just saw a vehicle driver attempt to cutoff someone on an exit ramp. The enraged driver got out the car, threw a water bottle at the other car which was stopped, then pulled around him speeding away like the coward that he probably was. Brave men know how and most importantly when, to respond to these types of incidents.

you're kidding, around here (Phoenix) thats the game. wait til the last second, cut across two lanes of traffic to get to your exit.
its so bad around here they have "metered entrance ramp lights". During rush hour(s) if you try and get on the 101 or 202, you have to wait for a green light to pull on to the express way. Cars get all backed up on the ramps. From my understanding, if you jump a light the ticket is pretty hefty.
