I texted the pamphlet to some out of state friends. They loved it, commented on how helpful the police are in NYS. It’s upside down clown world. I know a lot more after reading it about how, where and exactly (EXACTLY!) what to obtain if I wanted to mfg ghosties. Thanks, Officer Friendly! The more you know!
