The logical answer is that they are probably operating in *most* towns, and this guy is the only one who both noticed and refused to play ball.

I dont know anything for sure, the story seemed interesting, so i posted it.i dont think it sounds so far fetched that someone investigateing could have stumbled on to something.my cousin was an investigator with the state police. Someone had used a fake card. Ends up being an international chineese credit card scam . From A single complaint.could be true,could be bull. I dont know. I cant dissmiss or confirm it.
