He is a felon so he should have not been able to pass a NICS at any dealer regardless. My statement about Florida being a free state was in reference to F2F transactions. Its completely legal for someone to buy from a guy selling out of his trunk in a Walmart parking lot. As long as he didn't tell the seller he was a felon there would be little recourse for that transaction.
I am curious at what point the serial number was obliterated, if done with say a center punch vs grinding it will be very difficult for LE to restore the number.

It works that way out here too.

You can occasionally find a guy here or there at a gun show selling off some personal firearms who doesn't have an FFL, so he couldn't run the check if he wanted to.

But, that's usually just a couple pre-WWII rifles or something.

But, that doesn't change the fact that it's not legal unless both parties are residents of the same state. So any lefties who think he could just buy one are wrong.

That's a couple of good points.

Plus RFK Jr, Gabbard, and Musk switching sides and endorsing Trump.

And on top of that Sen. Blumenthal (D) of all people blasted the Biden-Harris administration for "stonewalling" in response to requests for information on the assassination attempts on former President Trump.

I'm not sure what to think about it all, but it's the Democrats we're talking about. So I naturally figure they're up to no good. Orange Man Good ripped their masks off 8-9 years ago. Now they are exposed for what they are. I think that more and more of the smarter ones will go into the damage control mode at this point just to play it safe. And it will be self-serving, not because they have been red-pilled to any extent.
