Should SCOTUS find this acceptable, then each and every age restriction imposed across the Country must be repealed...the entire premise of minimum age restrictions are based on the lack of developmental maturity...touch one of my kids and I will use extreme prejudice irrespective the end consequences...I wonder who funded this fucktard to the point of certiorari, and why?
