Well said sir. Keep in mind they have upheld many executive orders protecting DACA recipients as well. The rulings they handed down did next to nothing as well. If Brien was so good then why have they allowed the trampling of our rights afterward? They even belated their own history, text, and tradition clause with one of their recent rulings.
They need to take up gun bans and magazine bans because it’s been at least 12 years of trampling for us in NYS alone.
I’m not even sure they would side with us on this anyway. I could see them saying safe act mag locks are ok because then the form of the gun isn’t banned. Case goes back to Supreme Court. SC now ( after 22 re-lists for conference over 6 months) now says even though we previously said you had it wrong, now it’s ok. We are going on summer break.

The Robert’s court is establishing precedent that the SC is no longer the law of the land. Lower courts can ignore their precedent. Robert’s court legacy is they can’t take heat so made SC irrelevant
