It’s not just ammo cans, spot welders, 20 ton presses, lubricants, etc etc that they sell…..
Picked up one a couple days ago. Reviews on them are pretty good so far. Switch seems a little iffy (a bit less resistance than I would have expected), but I don't have a real Streamlight to compare it to, so that might just be the way they are.
I'm also planning on getting a Blackhawk Omnivore at some point to try out with the light, they are a universal holster that locks onto the light itself, so if you buy multiple HF lights you should be able to use one holster for a myriad of different guns, so for the cost of a new holster, you can get a new light and use the same holster instead.

They're pretty good on exchanging them though not too many places left that do that!

Don't count on that.
Harbor Freight allows its store managers a lot of leeway.
Incredibly, a store manager is allowed to ignore both the stated 90 day warranty and any purchased warranty.
I bought a battery lawnmower, and brought it back, same day.
It simply did not work.
I was denied any refund or replacement.
BTW, I'm not smart enough to make this up.
I spent many thousands at HF over the years.
Now I avoid it.
Amazon and Home Depot have equivalents items and treat customers with respect.

Following up. The HF light is definitely not a 1:1 clone of the Streamlight.
1st I tried the light on a gun with a Blackhawk Omnivore holster. The Omni locks on to the light screw, which is different on the HF light. It works, kinda, but not awesome. Assuming they are the same length and thread, you could put a SL screw on the HF light, but the screws are 20 bucks, which defeats the purpose, and you can't use a hardware store screw since the head shape and dimensions are important.
2nd I tried the light on a gun in a Safariland Level 3 holster. At 1st I couldn't get the gun in at all, not even close. I ended completely removing the little tension screw/bumper, and was able to get the gun to holster barely, but you can see where it's still rubbing on the sides of the light.
I ended up buying a SL trade-in on GB for about 30 bucks more than the HF light cost, and will take the HF light back for a refund.
I've read that some people have had no problems w/ holsters, others that it worked but tight, and mine where it wouldn't work unless holster was adjusted in a non-std manner. If it's for a nightstand gun, no worries, but if's going to be holstered fit is going to be dicey esp since nobody is going to have a holster specifically for the HF light.
Honestly I kinda boned myself a little bit on the deal. I had the Omnivore 1st, but once I noticed the screw issue, I realized the used Safariland wasn't going to be much more than the Omni + a new screw. But now that I have a real SL that'll work in the Omni, I probably would have never bothered buying the Safariland, and the Safariland will be much more difficult to dump than the Omni, so I'll probably just keep the Safariland at this point. Just mentioning that to potentially save someone from making the same mistake I did.

I think flashlight snobs are hilarious. No a plastic light from the dollar tree isn't great...
But I inspect for a living and my $8.88 coast has survived 3 trips through the washer, and going into and out of extreme temperature variances everyday, along with being dropped on concrete. It still works the same as it did say 1.
