The founding fathers heartily disagreed with your second sentence, thankfully. Whether or not We, The People, have allowed political skunks to stink up this nation with their self-serving greed and filth, it was never the intention to allow them that much influence when this nation was founded. They were intended to represent The People, to provide for the general safety and welfare of the nation, to protect our individual rights, not to rule over the citizens.

If they really had "overwhelming evidence" then Obama should have been in cuffs this morning.
Instead it's just more noise in the airwaves. More accusations that We The People have not seen the evidence of.
And STILL no damned arrests!

Both sides play us. Both sides have their own evil shit that they get away with. Why else would they try to take away all of our weapons. Why else has the SCOTUS not stood up for our 2nd amendment. They throw a little crumb once in awhile to keep us tamped down and happy while we wait for the next phucking crumb to fall. Will the people ever rise up? Nope, not in our lifetime. We`ve allowed them to destroy us with technology and gadgetry`s. Until the people stop feeding the beast, its just gonna be the same shit until.... well, you know, the thing.

People are not going to rise up... We have one of the best standards of living in the world.... One only has to travel the world just even a little bit to see how well off we are. Sure there is some dissatisfaction in certain segments of our population ... But not enough to up rise .

How could Schumer make a statement the IC can "go after Trump 6 ways from Sunday" and somehow be OK with accepting it and not want to join Trump in destroying it? How can a duly elected official of either party be OK having that much power and influence held over them? He tacitly acknowledges the Deep State, content with his own weakness to toe their line. Maybe just another one of the compromised. It's a big Fuck You from the DS to them and all those who elected them.

Hold Trump's feet to the fire, but realize he is not the all powerful Oz. He is not the most powerful man in the world in light of all that has happened to him. He is the most powerful figurehead in the world trying to be the most powerful man by getting after those behind the curtain. For whatever reason, he did not heed the JFK memo. At first neither did Reagan until he got shot. Trump to the contrary still ignores the warning he was given in Butler. At least it seems that way.

We get into this mindset where we are too quick to throw the baby out with the bathwater. I know things can't happen quick enough for some, but I think the last 6 months have displayed the strongest push against the deep state bureaucracy I've ever seen in my lifetime. I'm just afraid we've been beaten so much we won't recognize a win should it happen and turn it into another beating. Interesting times we live in.
