Why do they need to justify the size of their building?
You are taking it the wrong way. They of course do not need to justify anything, like you said its their building they can do what they want. I was just curious if the congregation is actually big enough that they need a building that big. Non denominational christian churches in my area are typically a couple thousand square foot at best with members in the dozens (maybe). I have never seen anything that big except in the south.
I`ve been inside of this place. There are many rooms built within the whole building. And no, there aren`t that many members of this church.
This is what needs to change. If these morons pass a law they know if unconstitutional and very blatantly so they should be held personally liable for the cost of all lawsuits associated with it. They should pay back the church and the tax payers for both lawsuits.
And an $800,000 legal bill. I know my church is fairly large but could not support this financially.
Personally, i think these fukkers should be paying it back out of their own pockets and NOT from OUR tax revenue.

It's the Democrats way: Vote on and pass anything their fellow democrats propose irrespective the legitimacy, constitutionality, or viability makes no difference, just get it passed and signed into Law, then IF it goes to Court maybe we win, maybe we lose, either way we get the some usage or validation of the Law and if we lose, we;ll just change or make it worse to circumvent the Judges (which won't be any problem if it's one of our appointments)....literally throwing Shit on the Wall to see what sticks.
