I think the scientifically proven method is to remove the mask just enough to ingest the Tylenol and quickly place it back over your nose and mouth. Then, obviously get another booster.

No, the scientifically proven method is to cut a hole in your mask to allow for tylenol ingestion. The remaining portion of the mask is sufficient to block covid contamination and spread. (ala. the orchestral method)
