I read that too and it made me chuckle. Not sure what customer service the IRS provides. We will be nicer about jailing you and wage garnishments?
I know I’m not happy with the service they provide me but I pay a ridiculous amount of taxes and get screwed with my kids being in college. I make too much to claim the educational tax credit so I lost out on my college and my two sons tax credits. But my kids make too little to file on their own because they are in college so their income gets added to my household income. I just hope they get taxed at the lowest rate like they should or I’ll be pissed. They also can’t claim their college for tax purposes. The kicker is they take loans and their interest isn’t deferred either because they take the entire household income into account. So we all just lose.
