I am not sure what is placing me on the fence with this shooting.
It will go down, after investigation, a good shoot on the officers part. Not sure if it was needed here though. As I watch more video, I will solidify my thoughts.

Slow rate of speed still can kill. After watching the video a cop was trying to open the door and she ran from him. Another cop was in front of the vehicle and he was clearly in her path. I have zero issues with her being shot here.

that’s him, but the tires are cropped out in this image. she’s reversing and mid turn in this frame. in the previous video you shared, it’s harder to see, but if you listen closely, you noticed that no acceleration happens until after the shots are fired. It seems clear she is already deceased at that point, which is why the car veers out of control.

Aside from the various angles, I still would like to know why the agent who fired got in front of the car in the first place. It would be nice to have LEOs weigh in but I suspect that is not policy. Two agents can be heard telling her to leave. This isn’t violence - it’s a panicked woman behind the wheel.
I am NOT saying she is completely innocent but the agent should be held accountable by his superiors. All I have seen is him fleeing the scene, and Noem labeling the victim a “terrorist”. He isn’t a cold blooded killer but that doesn’t mean that because he’s ICE he shouldn’t face a full investigation and potential consequences.

She was ordered by the first officer to stop the vehicle. The second officer (the shooter), stepped in front her of vehicle to get her to stop.
At the point of entering the scene, he was approximately ten feet in front of her. She turned the wheel and gunned the gas enough to make the tires spin. He shot through the windshield, striking her in the head.
She FA and she FO.
No argument from me that she shouldn’t have been there - but this is still poor training, and in my opinion, an avoidable tragedy in which a US Citizen was killed. I would like to see this investigated fully, and consequences for the office if warranted , but the way the media has spun this on both sides leads me to believe that no common ground will be found.
I won’t celebrate this as a FAFO, “domestic terrorist” incident, and I disagree with those who take that view. Even the good guys can royally f**k up sometimes. That’s all from me.
This is actually text book training. A possible suspect was given a simple order to stop by officers. She refused, another officer came to assist and she decided that she would attempt to run him down.
I am celebrating her death, not at all. Should not have gotten to that point. She escalated the situation.
