This may not be popular, but the way I see it. Our country is a mess, so much so, it's no longer about picking right or wrong. It's about picking a side. I know what side I'm on.
She needed to not leave that street without the fancy bracelets for sure. She was threatening the officer and the community with a deadly weapon. If you let her drive away and she recklessly runs over a kid, then what? She needed to be stopped at that point, her bad choices cost her her life. It’s an unfortunate situation for all involved.
What do we know about her?She was there to harass the Police.
Oh, oh, you mean "she crossed state lines" for this ?What do we know about her?
I had read that she and her wife lived in Colorado, and that they came to MN to protest ICE actions.
Now someone on Farcebook is claiming she lived on the street where she died. Others claim she lived in Kansas City. One person said a now removed video showed the SUV had Missouri plates. Many state she was a paid agitator.
And, of course, the continuous statements from and leftist "news" claiming that ICE doesn't have authority to arrest American Citizens, that their actions are illegal and un-Constitutional even when they DO go after illegals, that they are all recent hires with only 2-3 weeks of training, etc.
The media is whipping this up into a frenzy. More officers will be put in harms way because of this.
It's almost like they WANT a civil war.
Do they realize what can happen when the people who own the guns and train with the guns regularly are pushed into responding to violent action against their will?
Even if they weren't leftist shit weasels running the news rooms, they would all be salivating at the thought of reporting on a civil war. What do we know about her?

We have the right to the means of revolution, not to actually start one.All part of the game for control of the US.
We have the right to protest.
We do not have the right to just make up our minds to interfere in lawful governmental functions unless you are starting a revolution; which we have that right. With that right comes the potential for loss of everything including your life.
So are we talking revolution or brain dead fools being used by the nwo.
The logical end of progressive politics. The St. George Floyd riots.
Tampons in boys' bathrooms.
The Catholic School mass shooting.
The assassination of Minnesota state representative Melissa Hortman and her husband.
Somali fraud involving billions of dollars.
Sacrificing one's life for illegal criminal aliens.
Tim Walz and AG Keith Ellison.
WTF is going on in Minnesota?
The logical end of progressive politics.
Hugs and kisses.

I see it different, to me it’s no different than if she was pointing a gun at the cop. He wouldn’t have just jumped out of the way.She needed to not leave that street without the fancy bracelets for sure.
But shooting through the windshield at that moment was not a bright idea for the reasons I outlined above. It was legally justified, but still not a good idea. Just because the law says you *can* shoot, doesn't mean it's a good idea.
They had lots of LE present. Block the car and arrest her. Way better for everyone. That officer is going to have a rough time for quite a while now when he could have just stepped aside.
It's also unlikely if she *had* left the street that she was going to drive like that in public. Her target was the ICE officers, not normal citizens. I don't think she was even trying to leave the street.
If she had, you have her plate, just show up at her house that night and arrest her there.
If she did drive away and then recklessly ran over a kid, then the same thing happens that happens when anyone else recklessly drives over a kid. The whole line of reasoning is asinine.
Interference is unlawful and unconstitutional. At the end of the day, it comes down to a simple truth. Inserting yourself into a law enforcement operation is always a bad idea, and always has the potential to end badly.
If the car had driven over him after the shot, and the delay to take the shot is what prevented him from dodging out of the way, I bet he'd feel like a dumb ass with his 6 broken ribs and 2 broken legs.I see it different, to me it’s no different than if she was pointing a gun at the cop. He wouldn’t have just jumped out of the way.
A deadly weapon is a deadly weapon, she showed no regard for human life and needed to be stopped.
For an LEO in his position it’s a “must” shoot.
Just my opinion though, take that for what it’s worth haha.
They should actually prioritize the arrests for interference over the deportations.Interference is unlawful and unconstitutional.
An arrest would have been justified.
I agree with you on most you post. Not here though. If the car had driven over him after the shot, and the delay to take the shot is what prevented him from dodging out of the way, I bet he'd feel like a dumb ass with his 6 broken ribs and 2 broken legs.
If a 3000lb car is coming at me, by main thought is "I better not still be here when it arrives".
The gun won't stop the car.
That is the hurdle here. Local LEO should be in assistance. The blue sanctuaries are preventing this. They should actually prioritize the arrests for interference over the deportations.
She passed the bar for a justified arrest a long time before that. They were in the process of dragging her out and cuffing her when this all started.I agree with you on most you post. Not here though.
This would have been a justified arrest. The ICE agent in front of the vehicle may have not tried to stop the vehicle from assault, but simply to aid in detainment.
