"New York Attorney General Letitia James today joined the attorneys general of New Jersey and Delaware to defend a longstanding federal law that keeps communities and postal workers safe from dangerous firearms."
The scum sucking whale is trying to reinstate the ban on mailing pistols via USPS...something the Trump Admin said was a 2A violation.
Large Latitia is trying to interject herself and her commie buddies into a lawsuit they have no business being near, in an effort to prevent elimination of this Rights infringement.
Can someone PLEASE find a way to protect New Yorkers from corrupt and un-Constitutional attorneys general?

Ive actually hear him say he wished they could hold politicians accountable for their blatant disobedience and rights infringements. But he is one man. Im not even sure Alito is as staunch.
At this point the SCOTUS is just looking for ways to NOT hear an "assault weapon" case. I do believe Alito as well as Thomas have said they want one of these cases, but its not up to them.
My point is, NONE of them are on our side. The "powers that be" do NOT want random people to have random guns. Not the courts, not the current administration, none of them.

Before that time one could mail order about anything made and have it sent COD to their homes, same as a shovel.

Criminals and prohibited persons do find ways to obtain firearms irrespective the Law; where they live is of little consequence...Seems to me the criminal element in Big Cities have the ability to procure guns easily enough without government oversight, violent crime rates support this.
