NY will just deny permits IMO.

This is something that will NEVER happen. We can only hope...
How about CC reciprocity...has this ever made it to SCOTUS?
Unless they make state officials personally responsible for violating the 2A it won't matter what else they do.All of this will depend on the language of the Justices.
Poor choice of words on the part of the DoJ.How can the SCOTUS legalize something that is already legal
Anyone waiting on the court to save us from ourselves is smoking crack. The best way to get after this is to stop electing RINOs, Marxist, socialist and democrat politicians. We are in a mess of our own making.Poor choice of words on the part of the DoJ.
But then again, this DoJ has had a history of using poor words (mostly to defend un-constitutional laws).
And This is, after all, just an OPINION. We've seen in the past how anemic this SCOTUS is when it comes to 2A issues.
Until Cert is granted, and un-Constitutional laws slapped down, I can't believe SCOTUS will do their duty anymore.
Mark at the Four Boxes Diner seems fairly "in the know" about SCOTUS issues, and I wish I could believe his rampant optimism that this Court will do what they need to do. But the longer they drag this out the less and less I can believe it.
Yep! 30 years after any favorable SCOTUS decision, NY subjects will still be fighting for the same rights that most of us in Free America currently enjoy. Sorry guys.....Lets say scotus rules that states cant ban them. Ny will respond by saying they are in compliance because they arent banned, they just have to be nuetered. This will require another lawsuit that will take years and millions of dollars to argue that banning features is the same thing. THEN, the state will respond by requiring permits for rifles just like hand guns because scotus said permits were ok already.
And then, they killed himUm, er, Yeah they will.

He killed more of them...And then, they killed him![]()
