I don't often see anyone using suitcases much anywhere. When I do, I notice it. This is kind of old school to be honest. HK also had a suitcase system with their mp5k and other models that could be fired inside the case with the trigger mech on the carry handle.

The word with federal law enforcement is the Israelis do this all the time on USA soil because we don't technically allow them to carry guns here. The HK is what they use.
