How do I restore a thread to be able to view it?

I don't know what I did, but for some time now, I cannot view the Firearms in the News thread. It is missing. Can the Mods please restore it, and explain how to fix that if it happens again?

Click on your screen name in the upper right hand corner.
Click on your news feed.
Click on forums you ignore low left side.
See if it in there,
open it if it is, then unignore forum in the upper right corner.
