State land next to the neighborhood. Yodel dogs around the neighbor's swing sets all the time. People don't secure their garbage, dog food, cats. It's an invitation to dinner.................................

We don't leave the dog outside unattended even in a fenced yard.

But there are plenty of animals that are killed because they are a nuisance. Coyotes can fall into that category.

Had a rat get in the basement last fall when the weather turned. I did not feel guilty disposing of it whole in the trash. I doubt many people here would.

I get where you're coming from. It's not cool to just kill something because you can and I agree for the most part. Everything is part of the food chain and coyotes need to eat too but we could do with a lot less of them.

The HSUS, and PETA is the single largest killer of domesticated animals in the country. they have no standing on the subject of killing animals

When we lived by the farm we had those little bastards all over. Fun with the pellet rifle though. One of our dogs was really proficient at killing them. I got a few away from him but when a pit bull really wants to eat a rat, well, he's gonna eat lmao.
