That depends....
If you're lying on your back with your feet towards your target, and you must fire, that is certainly acceptable. I've practiced just such a position at pistol courses.
If you are at a range, have your back to the target, and bend over to shoot between your legs.....NOT good. Though...you certainly are flexible.
