WTF!!!

So.... If I recieve a summons to appear before a judge on issues regarding my possession and carrying of firearms for the purpose of suspension and I ignore it, I'm good right?

What the fuck is going on anymore!?!?

And the bleeding heart shit has got to stop... Don't do the crime if you can't pay the fine! The so called disproportionate "minority" BS with the inability to pay is starting to become background noise because it's all you fucking hear any more. You speed, get caught, pay up! You park and get tickets, pay them! Etc., etc., etc... Or sell you car, pay the fines and take a bus! Simple!

Guess all us suckers who actually "PAY" our debts are schmucks!!!

Debt forgiveness, college loan forgiveness, rent forgiveness... Next up, No Tolls & Free Gas! But wait, only if you're from a certain disproportionate, marginalized and oppressed demographic that is systemically beaten down by the man!

Bros, this is only the tip of it. I've been a Town Justice for a total of 7 going on 8 months now. Believe you me, as idiotic as this is, Bail Reform is still far worse. Had a let a complete and utter scumbag walk yesterday because of it.

For what it's worth, I've met Judge Triebwasser at my trainings. He's a good guy who knows his stuff.

Maybe don’t break traffic law if you can’t pay a fine. I’ve received a grand total of zero fines in over twenty years of driving. The one ticket I did get, recently, was for an inspection and I resolved quickly and DA recommended it get dropped if I had it done by the time of my court appearance.

I have owned cars frlor decades.....because I could afford the payments, the upkeep and all other monies including fines.
When in grad school I did not have a car because I couldnt afford it.
Easy peasy.

What's next? The Right to Walk Law, where people can freely jaywalk or block traffic? Or hey, maybe a Right to Live Law, where you can set up a homeless camp right on the street at a major intersection of your choosing?

Think of the possibilities. The Right to Tag Law. The Right to Loot Law. The Right to Destroy Public Property Law. The list is practically endless.....

My wifes EX-business partner has been driving on a suspended license for 20+ years. She got a bunch of tickets, YEARS ago, and never went to court. for the last 20 years shes been a very, very good girl. As long as she doesn't crash, LOL

Now with this law, she basically gets off Scott-free
