There are different levels.

We're in the beginning stages of an economic apocalypse for sure. Most people don’t recognize it yet, but the avalanche has started, and you can’t stop it.

The economy was sitting there all primed and the covid lockdowns and bailouts have triggered it.

Economic catastrophes have a habit of spilling out into other forms.

I think most people aren’t aware how close we are to such an event.

Maybe I'm just biased from the people I am around or something, but from my experience I just don't see it that way. I just don't see the motivation for "normies" to want a civil conflict. They want things to just go on as they are, more or less. As much as they're "unhappy", the moment they got a taste of what you are describing they'd recoil back and would be much more open to just setting their differences. Everyone is so comfortable now, the moment it started to *really* change they'd wither when realizing what was on the line and push to go back. At least that's how I see it.

Yes you are right, When the Grocery stores go empty in a day shit will get real the next. Our system is very fragile. Internet goes down for a couple weeks and guess what? it's over for most people. Everything is tied to the net. This Election I believe will be the tipping point.
