The fallout of the Nov. 3 elections has put the spotlight on the integrity of electronic voting machines used in the United States. In response, authorities have pointed to certifications of the machines as a safeguard against potential systemic problems with the voting machines and their software.
A deeper look into the certification process used for the machines, however, reveals that the main certification agency in the United States, the federal Election Assistance Commission (EAC), maintains an unexpectedly small staff, and one of its chief employees is a former executive of Dominion Voting Systems.
Furthermore it appears the bulk—if not all—of the testing of the election equipment is conducted by only two companies, Pro V&V and SLI Compliance.
Electronic voting systems have become increasingly incorporated into the election process, raising concerns over their security, reliability, and accuracy in the process. Lightly-staffed federal agencies who appear to maintain overly close ties to the companies they are supposed to be monitoring raises additional questions about the thoroughness and integrity of the verification process.

This reminds me of the time there was a crime committed in my neighborhood and the police and DA personally came to my house and everyone else's to disclose the evidence and details of the crime to us before they took it to court. They were very nice. 
Anyway, why are we arguing with each other about burden of proof like we are ourselves involved in the case? Trump's lawyers are not going to disclose evidence to the press (and a hostel and dishonest press at that). One thing that I haven't really seen thought about here, is that the press may be front and center in the alleged fraud. If that is the case do you think Trump's lawyers are going to disclose that or any details to the them???

Sequoia Part 2: The Princeton University report released (10/17/2008) shows how the changed ROM chip works correctly in Logic-and-Accuracy testing mode. However, in Official Election mode vote-stealing firmware could be programmed move votes from one candidates total to another while taking care not to change the totals. Then in official election mode, for every voter before or after the nth voter, the program does nothing. It waits until the 20th voter casts a vote (a real fraud would wait until the 150th voter or even higher, to better distinguish a real election from a test. Yes. The kind of losing that gets your case bumped up to a higher court. You know, one with more authority. And shit, maybe this higher court will actually review the evidence rather than just dismissing it. Not 6D chess at all, rather, just the way appeals work. It could have just as easily ended up this way had the judge ruled for Trump.
