Guess I'm not really sure. Vestal, Endicott, and JC PD don't have frequencies that I can find. I assumed they were on a trunked system. I'll have to dig some more.

Ok, so I changed the thread title. Basically only listening to the local PDs and FDs. Not sure if anything digital is needed. I had an old Uniden base a while ago but the volume crapped out. Looking for something handheld now.
