2 Snakes For Christmas (HK and Cobra)

Christmas me was very generous this year. 2 Snakes.

The Cobra Derringer (aka Bearman) in 38Spl. Hideous trigger, weights as much as a brick. Love it.

And... SNAKE!? SNAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAKE!? So in one of my favorite games ever (beat all dog tags on European Extreme, and all Substance missions), MGS2, Snake uses a USP 9 and Raiden uses a SOCOM in 45. This splits the difference. HK USP 45.





No ammo for either (I load 357, so I have them, but no 38) so I also got dies and a shellplate for 45. Will switch my 357 dies to 38spl. Got 1000 XtremeBullets yesterday.

I'm not exaggerating, that trigger pull has to be 35lbs+

I'm a big dude (just a hair over 120lb ) and my hand literally shakes trying to pull that.

I've just relegated myself to the fact that you don't worry about pad of finger or crook. You jam as much of your finger in as possible and squeeze like you're about to get caught tossing your truffle and have time enough for 1 more pump.

If you want a real bit of fun, put a first stage on a cylinder with all the ports plugged (no outlets attached) and crack her open.

Have fun.

(I haven't done this, but I thought about it once wondering what would happen and asked a Local Dive Shop if they had ever had someone do it. They had. It's generally an accepted rule to not ship enough plugs in with a new reg to make this possible for this very reason.)

@Darth i was in boy scouts so a teen back then .. had some divers doing a show for us at a week long camp .. then can't unhook the reg from the tank ..

is it still under pressure ?? .. oh .. lol ..
