The different states and many levels of government are a huge obstical to the federal government having their way. I hope and I honestly think we will see more and more red states doing this as the federal government becomes more and more rogue and socialist.

Plus, I'd argue that once the feds start violating the constituion, which they already have, the whole supremacy clause in regard to whatever law(s) they passed that violate the constituion is null and void.
If states can get away with this when it comes to drugs, they sure as shit can and should do it when it comes to civil rights and the constitution.

If you read the full text it says over and over "The following persons shall not enforce or assist federal agencies or officers." So it prohibits the state from enforcing federal laws, but not the feds from enforcing it without assistance.

Will they go as far as to make it a crime for federal officials to enforce such policies? That's the real question.

Sure but we’re second class citizens and many areas are replacing their military and police with boot lockers for the liberal agenda. This is the plan with bidens military and rooting out extremism and the BLM protests with good cops retiring.

I support this for sure. Movements have a way of dying. Remember the petition to split California? A judge said oh we can’t do that and it died.

That is the State which elected Bill Clinton as Governor 5 times. Far from being a conservative the current RINO Governor also just vetoed the ban on youth transgender surgeries.
