His mother was a feminist and raised him as a feminist. Poor guy doesn't know how to use a urinal in a men's room.
But, not for nothing, one time I was walking through a park and almost came within 3 feet of stepping on one of those bottles which could have caused me to slip and fall. I mean I could have broken an arm or a leg or something. We need this law for safety. Remember the plastic bags? One time I was almost assaulted by one of those rascals when the wind blew it in front of my windshield. Why it could have blinded me for a few seconds. How many lives has that ban saved?

Ban everything that is offensive to mother earth, starting with plastic and ending with electricity, heat, and air conditioning. The energy used to manufacture solar panels and windmills is offensive to mommy earth. Ban them! Ban them all! Bitches!

I have no problem with it. Sick of all the aholes dumping their garbage wherever they please. Out here there is a nice off road run that takes about an hour and ends at a waterfall with a pool under it. Beautiful spot…oh wait…completely despoiled by previous visitors who don’t want to feel inconvenienced by taking the trash that they brought in, back out with them. These are the same pin heads who get BLM land shut down for shooting by trashing it. Yet another NYS restriction is the result of those individuals and their actions.

Is it just water bottles? What about soda? Is SPAC run by that department? If so will they get an exemption? Concert venues in state parks will take a huge financial hit if they can't sell bottled water or soda.

I agree with those that have already said that people are the problem. It's not that hard to throw your trash in a can or take it with you

Theyrr banning the SALE of them in parks. So basically removed from the vending machines. No mention of folks thst bring their own in coolers etc. Another grandstanding feel good bullshit law that does nothing meaningful.

Used to be Democrats were the shepherds who asked themselves with protecting Mother Earth even from ourselves.
In their zeal they actually ended up being far more hazardous to the environment than even the most polluting companies.
And now, they are just as, if not more, interested in only money and power. The environment doesn't even come close to money and power in their decisions.

The law of unintended consequences always applies and especially when we are talking about law makers and laws (and more mostest especiallyer when they are Dem lawmakers). I see 6 packs of pop top canned water in the cooler at the park store or singles from soda vending machines at NYS parks in the future. It doesn't take much imagination or ingenuity to outfox a lawmakers shiny new law. Heck, they even do it themselves as evidenced by John Kerry berthing his new $7M yacht several years ago in RI rather than MA to avoid the $500K luxury yacht tax. Rules for thee but not for me.
