Per the Oneida County pistol office anyone with a permit has full concealed carry like normal…until September when all the new carry laws are in effect. Which the seeing judge has already said if a decision isn’t made by September an injunction will be placed on it hopefully until it’s struck down.

I got a .223 Wylde complete upper from BCA about a year ago not the quality I would have liked but for the price it makes a good rifle to plink with. If your looking for accuracy past 100 yards save your money and get something of higher quality.
