    Practice Ammo Vs. Carry Ammo

I own a home on Staten Island, as well as upstate and in Jersey. I happened to be in my Staten Island home a few days after the Bodega owner was charged by the Manhatten DA. I was watching NY 1 news, and a Staten Island DA and Staten Island councilmen were on the NY 1 news having an impromptu...

Another pistol added to the collection

Nice. I actually just filled out my pistol permit for my Sig P365, today. I am using my NJ Fid for this, so i had to wait 31 days from my last pistol purchase, which was my Beretta APX Carry. I am just waiting on the background check to come back, and in about 4 days i should have it in hand. I...

NYGF Handgun Pictures Gallery: Show off your Pistols and Revolvers !

I love it. It really is a nice piece, and particularly the set with the different barrels is special. They are definitely getting harder and harder to find, but i am sure you will get your hands on one again. Mine shoots great, although i have to say that once in a while it does not fire a...

Recommendations for a CCW that is 9mm, 10 rd capacity, but very compact and easy to hide.

Well, i wound up getting my EDC 9mm CCW, pocket pistol. I went with the Sig Sauer P365. It just so happened my local FS was running a "Sig" day. They had a nice Tacpak for 10% off, and thats what i got. It came with 3 10 rounders, a case, and a holster, all for $540 incl tax and everything...

Good question. I Like my Ruger EC9, but for some reason i dont shoot it as accurate as i do my other smaller pistols. My Taurus G2C, while i am dead on with it, i feel its a little too big, at least for the specifics i m looking for w compactness, ease of conceal, or throwing in my pocket. I...

Info appreciated, and duly noted. Receiving a great pointer like you now made me aware of concerning Springfield is why i posted my question here. I had no idea they were a "bate n switch" company like that. Good looks. The G26 is starting to become a contender, now. Its between that, the Sig...

    NY A.G sues gun distributors

Should have never changed it to New York in the first place. If we were to ever get the political scum out of office in NY, and the state becomes like the spirit of the other 45 or so states of America, then we should change the name back to New Amsterdam, from New York. Would love to live in...

Any thoughts on the Springfield XD series or Hellcat micro? Then what about the Glock g26 sub compact?

You have a very valid point. Might be the way to go actually. The only guns we both have identical 1 each of, is the Henry AR-7s survival rifles. In fact, i did that for the sole reason of having them, a few 8 rounder mags, and boxes of .22lr sitting in each of mine and hers main bug out bags...

I have the 43X already. Although i dont have the 43XMOS. Surprisingly, it seems like the MOS is the same size as the 43X.

Yeah, it sucks. First thing, i say "my wife", but we are not married technically. Idk if that makes a difference, just putting it out there. She had her New Jersey FID before me, and bought a bunch of pistols each with her pistol permit. At that time i only had my NY permit, so even though we...

Lol, they actually look like toys. I kinda figured they were junk. I own tons of pistols, and have shot many brands and types, but have never even held a SCCY.

100%, but my wife has one already. I really wish i could carry hers, but its not registered to me. The Sig 365s, which i have really been leaning towards, how is the trigger on it? For those that have one, do you like it, and know weight of the trigger pull?
