Interesting. And now some things on my end make sense. I ordered an 80% from Brownells on 6/26. The estimated delivery date was tomorrow (7/5). As of now the package hasn't even been shipped and my CC not charged. I have a strong feeling I will be having my order canceled by Brownells.

I predict that between now and election day in November, Democrats are going to be desperately throwing dirty diapers against the wall to see which one sticks with their base.

If UPS is capable of policing the contents of the packages they are shipping, then they are no longer a common carrier, and are therefore responsible for all of those contents.

So, that guy shipping a kilo of cocaine, well, now UPS is guilty of trafficking if they don't catch him.

So an update on my polymer80. I emailed them yesterday (7/6) asking if there was anything wrong with my order. So from 6/26 to yesterday not a single change/word on shipping it out. Today at 11:07 I got an email from Brownells that read

Due to industry demand we do not have an ETA on when this item will be available. We will continue to hole your back order unless you request otherwise. The only thing is that when ordered it said it was IN stock. Then at 12:27 I got an email that said it was shipped with a tracking number. I will attribute this to the typical machine getting so big that one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. I will also note that the tracking number is USPS.

If anyone is interested Arms of America is having a sale for 5.45/5.56 and 7.62 80%. $67! I think I will scoop up a few more of these before it's too late. AK builder won't even be shipping flats after the deadline which is pretty crazy.
