I totally agree with you here, they need to cool it with the abortion talk. That's not something that will move the needle and it has the potential to give the left a major, loud and covered talking point. Roe is the law, let it be (in practice it likely leads to less democrats anyway)...

The second rifle is fixed mag, so everything else should be cool. I just have to use a side loader thingy for it. Hopefully I'll get the hang of it.

Update: Still nothing from DSI (still a few weeks), went to my bud's house to build my lower last night for the second rifle. Parts kit was missing 4 parts, sigh (trigger pin, hammer pin, bolt catch buffer and takedown spring). Hopefully South Shore will hook me up since that's where I bought...

That's exactly what I'm doing. Unfortunately, Stag has a 4-6 week build time for uppers so I'm sitting around feverishly checking my email for a shipping confirmation. DSI has an 8-10 week build time for my complete so I'm waiting on 2. arghhhh
