So basically Nys is not following the ruling and it will wind up in court again.

How come Scotus or lower court doesn't weigh in on the unconstitutional practices of Nys regarding proper cause now good moral character, same thing. It's giving licensing officers same authority.

As screwed up as they are, they can't just not issue permits..a few peeps in nyc were told to renew premise same way as before so far they took cc payments, so we will see I guess.

How will sensitive places be defined? Will they enjoin this? The NY Legislation still has to have this ok by the lower court? Or will it be another 20 years before it goes back to Scotus?

In light of SCOTUS ruling on ccw permits being state controlled, will we still need purchase orders or will 1 Police Plaza become a relic of the past? Because right now on all city permits, the gun Is on back of card and the gun is what is permitted. Anyone know?
