Nyc Purchase orders a thing of the past?

In light of SCOTUS ruling on ccw permits being state controlled, will we still need purchase orders or will 1 Police Plaza become a relic of the past?

Because right now on all city permits, the gun
Is on back of card and the gun is what is permitted. Anyone know?
