I can't see why not. NY SAFE act is totally arbitrary. AWB - how can you ban a firearm base on how it looks? Magazine cap. limits - why is 10rds safer than 15 or 12rds? Ban on Internet Ammo purchases - You can buy knives, swords, chemicals, beer and wine online in NY - no Ammo?

How will SCOTUS striking down NY carry permit restrictions effect law abiding citizen who want Pistol Permits for the home? Currently, the pistol permit in NY (Suffolk Co) is an arduous process.

Car manufactures better take heed! Any new ads showing their vehicle being driven in an unsafe manner opens them up to massive lawsuits!!

If the insurance co. had took the case to trial, I honestly believe they would have won. Can someone point me to one of these Bushmaster/Remington ads that factually target mentally deranged youths!??!

I prefer to have all my ammo shipped to my 2nd home out of NY state. I live on Long Island, the second most anti-gun part to this state. Buying ammo here is not fun.
