Fuck the tang safety. Took me two days to get the gold trigger into the Maverick 88 trigger group. I am NOT taking another Mossberg trigger group apart. Ever.

I'm not sure I want to keep it the same diameter from receiver to sling stud, or maybe flare it out like a revolver. We'll see.

Ah well. What are you gonna do. Looking forward to the next phase, I guess. Another mock-up.

VERY nice gesture, AC, but no thanks. It breaks my heart to disassemble it, but I'll make a nice birdshead that'll keep it above 26". Thanks though. Did you measure yours yet? Are you good?

Well, this is a disappointment. I'm in the hospital, I come out to find out the ATF has changed classifications! A stock adapter, buffer tube, and pistol brace are no longer included in OAL measurement. All the work I did to get my pistol grip to match is null and void. Here's the letter.

I noticed that! Took me so long to type, you already finished the job! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Glad it turned out. I love the heat shield. Great for not burning your hands on a hot barrel, (even if I don't have a bayonet). Was thinking about your stock. I bet you could steam/bend a piece of wood...

Ok, here's a couple suggestions, (and yes, it does in fact contain plumbing clamps!) Reshape the rear ears by trial and fit, get them as close as possible. Change the shape of the front ears from a light bulb shape to an upside down U shape by straightening the front ears. This will make...

I fought with mine long and hard. There was NO way to put the bolts through, even after bending the bolt. And trying to keep from scratching/denting it kinda went against what I did with mine. Here's how I mounted mine. 1. Forget the front for a bit, and work on the rear ears. I used padded...
