I'd love to see them make an argument that it's unconstitutional to prohibit a whole class of people from exercising a Constitutional Right, based solely upon the actions of a few members of that class. :evil:

Another "Yeah well, who cares?". There will be no prosecution, no heads rolling, no nothing. I don't know why they even bother investigating and then reporting on this stuff, other than for the "I told ya so".
NFA was upheld in a 1937 challenge as Constitutional solely because it was a tax and therefore not a 2A issue...the door is now open to eliminate it, as it is no longer a tax issue either. NSSF has already filed suit to get the job finished.
