I read it and think it's pretty damning, but I believe the only person who could be convicted by the info in the memo is Christopher Steele. Everyone else can just hide behind 'incompetence' and say they didn't know about the circular 'corroboration' of the dossier.

The text of the law says "folding or telescoping stock". Personally I would say it doesn't adjust by telescoping so it should be fine. But who knows.
